Default GPS/BANDED DUCK

My buddy shot one here in WV on Saturday, had a GPS unit on its back and was banded in Ontari0, Canada. No markings or contact info on the GPS and the lady he talked to at the BBL had no clue about it.

Any help with contacting a biologist up there or an email address would be greatly appreciated.

This is what he has found out so far:

So just to update you guys that tried to help out with this. We got in contact with the DNR and they knew nothing of it but did call around until eventually finding out some crazy info. The officer called back and said we had killed the Holy Grail of ducks. The duck was one of 20 that were equipped with the "backpack" by a fellow by the name of Matt Palumbo on Lake St. Clair in Canada. This is the fourth one that has been killed with the first, as luck would have it, was killed by some guys who have a TV show on the outdoor channel and will be airing a special about the program soon. You can do some more reading here:

and even more if you type into google Lake St. Clair GPS Duck.
